Background and Discussion:

The County initiated a professional services agreement in October 2022, issued an amendment to the agreement in February 2023 to extend the project limits, and now seeks to amend the agreement a third time to address additional drainage study, additional detention pond environmental, geotechnical and surveying, as well as including additional design of the area water system replacement in cooperation with the city of Houston under a separate agreement.

Expected Impact:

The project will address current and future traffic volumes, reduce delays, and provide safe mobility for residents, pedestrians, and drivers.
