Background and Discussion:

The current vendor provides scheduled biohazard waste collection and disposal services for our facilities. Services have been performed consistently, with pickups completed on schedule and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The vendor has maintained reliable service and met operational needs.

Expected Impact:

Continued use of this vendor will ensure uninterrupted biohazard waste disposal services, maintain regulatory compliance, and support safe operations. Reliable service minimizes operational disruptions and promotes a safe environment for staff and visitors.

Alternative Options:

Alternative vendors are available; however, changing providers would require evaluating pricing, service coverage, regulatory compliance, and transition logistics. Based on current performance, no immediate change is recommended unless a more cost-effective option with comparable service becomes available.
