Background and Discussion:
Project includes Mowing in the Cypress Camp Area throughout Precinct 3. The terms of services in connection with purchase order will be closed at the request of the Precinct, and in accordance with the recommendation of Harris County Office of the County Engineer. This change order allows the Contractor to be compensated for the actual work completed on the project.
Expected Impact:
This change order allows unused funds to be returned to Harris County and allows the Contractor to be compensated.
