Background and Discussion:
Project location is in the northeastern part of Harris County, in the City of Humble. It is located east of Highway 59 - Eastex Freeway. The Outside Air Units at the Humble Health Clinic need to be replaced. This improvement facilitates the procurement and installation of the units. As a result of the improvements, patients and staff will have a safer and more comfortable environment at Humble Health Clinic.
Expected Impact:
As a result of this project, Harris County will be able to improve its resiliency in the building of Humble Health Clinic by replacing the outside air units. This contract will reduce the financial and physical burden on the community, as well as the financial impact on Humble Health Clinic. In the long run, the project will reduce maintenance costs for the Building Operation Services Department. This project will utilize 035 - 3227 Fund.
Alternative Options:
If no action is taken, the engineer of record will not be accessible for support through the construction of the project.
