Background and Discussion:
The original lease was executed and approved by Commissioner's Court on September 17, 2002, with then owner 2920 Partnership, Ltd. The assignment of the lease was approved by Commissioner's Court to the new owner IDSS, Inc. on March 30, 2004.
Expected Impact:
The monthly rent will no longer be adjusted to the Consumer Price Index. And all other terms and conditions of the lease will remain in full force and effect as originally written.
