Background and Discussion:

An indirect cost of 0% was allocated due to the source being flat funding with no capacity for indirect cost.

The grant project focuses on prevention and surveillance strategies, whereby surveillance data related to mortality, clinical, and related data will be linked to support prevention activities centered around care, education, and coalition-building.

Expected Impact:

This funding will ensure dental services will continue to be provided to children and adolescents who are uninsured. The Title V grant allows children and adolescents to receive comprehensive dental care at no cost or at a minimal cost to families who meet the income guidelines.
