Justification & Alternatives:

The community center’s current doors and restroom stalls are falling into disrepair. By using the County’s job order contract, we will be able to quickly replace this aging infrastructure and provide a better experience for our constituents.

The alternative would be to leave them as is until other limited funding sources become available.
