Background and Discussion:
The project is in east Harris County in the Green and Carpenter’s Bayou watershed, north of Highway 10, west of Beltway 8. The project consists of the construction of approximately 7,390 LF of 6-foot-wide sidewalks along east and west Uvalde Road. The project limits are from Wallisville Road to Holly Park Drive.
Expected Impact:
This project seeks to enhance pedestrian mobility by providing a continuous path along Uvalde Road. The Goal of the project is to enhance pedestrian mobility creating a pedestrian-friendly environment by improving overall pedestrian access.
