Background and Discussion:
Project includes general civil services including concrete and asphaltic repairs at various locations throughout Precinct 3. The change in contract is to include reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes. The terms of service in connection with the purchase order is being closed at the request of the Precinct. Final pay estimate is ready to be processed. There will be 0 days and $7,351.08 added to this contract. The substantial completion date for the project will be set for October 28, 2025. In accordance with Section 5.3 of the General Conditions, (1) time is of the essence, and (2) delay damages will not apply past the new substantial completion date.
Expected Impact:
Change allows Contractor to complete the requested work orders within the Precinct 3 limits.
