Request by the Office of the Purchasing Agent for approval of a renewal option with P2MG and Environmental Allies, LLC for channel rehabilitation and restoration and related items to the Addicks Reservoir Watershed for the Flood Control District for the period of September 1, 2026 - August 31, 2027, at a cost of $4,506,874, and for the County Clerk to execute any applicable bonds to be received (250114), MWBE Contracted Goal: 25%, MWBE Current Participation: 11.49%.

Background and Discussion:
The Contract consist of project work orders that will be issued to the Contract for execution. Project work orders will include general earthen and concrete repairs, for projects located in the Addicks Reservoir Watershed. Major emphasis of the project work order will be larger earthen slope failures and concrete channel lining repairs. This work will include but not be limited to full concrete panel replacement, concreted channel lining repairs, light erosion repair with granular fill 3“x5” fill and riprap installation, earthen slope failure, earthen toe failure, sinkholes, outfall pipe removal and replacement, inlet structure removal and replacement, concrete channel lining removal and related items. These services will provide support for infrastructure work that will be executed as a result of the passage of the “Maintenance Matters” Proposition in November 2024.
