Background and Discussion:
The proposed adjustments will replace / relocate existing Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, LLC facilities that conflict with the proposed State Highway 225 / Sam Houston Tollway East Interchange construction project. The adjustment includes underground telecommunication facilities.
After completion of the construction services, if the estimated cost is less than the estimated amount, Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, LLC will refund or credit the difference. If actual cost of the construction services is more than the estimated cost, Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, LLC will invoice the difference, which would require a future Court action.
Expected Impact:
The Agreement allows Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, LLC to expedite the telecommunication underground line adjustments, minimizing the risk of construction delays for the Project.
