Background and Discussion:
Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is the Federal agency responsible for administering the Ryan White Program. The GY 2025-2026 Partial Notice of Grant Award (NOGA) from HRSA to Harris County is attached and will be submitted to Court by Harris County Public Health/Ryan White Grant Administration Section. The current grant year (GY 2024-2025) funding ends on February 28, 2025. The 2025-2026 Grant is effective March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026.
Expected Impact:
The current grant year base funding under the County’s Ryan White Part A grant is $24,712,917. The full Federal GY 2025-2026 Ryan White Part A grant award is anticipated to be at or near current year funding levels. The GY 2025-2026 partial Notice of Grant Award for Part A in the amount of $4,644,123 is attached and will be submitted to Court by Harris County Public Health/Ryan White Grant Administration Section.
