Background and Discussion:
Precinct 2 has requested a contract for tree and tree limb removal services. The contract was originally awarded on 10/29/24 CC, however the awarded vendor has opted out due to difficulties securing the necessary payment and performance bonds for the project. The current award will need to be cancelled and revised to include Prime Trees Inc. as the primary vendor and The Urban Foresters as the secondary vendor on the award letter.
