Background and Discussion:
On December 12, 2024, the Office of County Administration (OCA) with commissioners court approval moved their three (3) threat management PCNs to FMO with the funding associated with them. FMO, at the direction of OMB has been requested to put on FMO court letter the final funding for the new three (3) full-time PCNs to support the Threat Management Program. These PCNs will assist in coordinating threat management and physical security for Harris County. The full program implementation is delayed until the three (3) new PCNs and associated funding is approved by Commissioners Court.
