Background and Discussion:
The professional services contract was originally executed on 6/27/2017 with Chica & Associates Inc. in the amount of $1,248,395. The contract was amended 3 times with the latest amendment approved by court on 2/11/2020. This project has been mutually agreed upon for termination. An amount of $697,106 in unexpended funds will be returned to the County as part of the termination of the agreement.
