Justification & Alternatives:

The shift toward digital transformation and data-driven decision-making requires an advanced fiber network that not only support current the current legal system but also lay the foundation for future growth and innovation. In particular, this project plays a pivotal role in disaster recovery. Capitalizing IT assets plays a pivotal role in this transformation by ensuring that network is strategically managed, appropriately valued, and aligned with our long-term business objectives.

The alternative to this project would result in the immediate expensing of costs related to the modernization of our network and data infrastructure, which could impact short-term profitability and limit the ability to recover data in the case of a disaster or emergency.
