Background and Discussion: The County engaged Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. for the study and design of the project in 2018, and now seeks Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. , to assist and advise the County during the project construction. The goal of constructing the Bridge Construction - Greenhouse Road Over Cypress Creek is the addition of a new north bound bridge that is approximately 1,800 feet in length to improve traffic conditions in the area.
Expected Impact: The action will allow the engineer of record to continue supporting the project through construction.
Alternative Options: If no action is taken, the engineer of record will not be accessible for support through the construction of the project.
