Background and Discussion:
The scope of this contract includes the planting of trees and the installation of irrigation systems at Arthur Storey Park and Pitner Pocket Park.
Expected Impact:
Precinct 4 will be able to plant various trees in both Arthur Storey and Pitner Parks, which will help improve the quality of the parks and enhance the quality of life for constituents of Harris County and Precinct 4.
Alternative Options:
If contract award is not approved, Precinct 4 will have to find alternative options for tree planting and irrigation equipment installation.
