Background and Discussion:
Precinct 3 submitted a new project request for the design and construction of a new Community Center (CC), parking and associated site development within the current limits of Mathew Park in vicinity of 1728 E Hufsmith Rd. Tomball, TX. The construction of the new Community Center is part of a larger plan to redevelop Mathews and Brossard Parks as outlined in the parks master plan.
Expected Impact:
This agreement will allow the firm to conduct the necessary design for the new Community Center facilities at Precinct 3, making the facilities resilient, accessible, hospitable, and ultimately updating the appearance of the park facilities.
