Background and Discussion:

 

The Office of the County Engineer has requested the Prime - Kirksey Architecture to provide design phase documents for the demolition of the Family Law Center Building located at 1115 Congress St, Houston, TX 77002. The Family Law Building was built in 1968, 7-story high rise courthouse building is approximately 106,200 SF. The total cost of the project was estimated to be $10,220,000.
