Background and Discussion:
The HCHFC has an ongoing agreement with the HCHCD for accounting and management services. In the past year the HFC has grown its list of multifamily projects substantially from 1 to 15 currently, with more to come. Due to an increase of work and demand from accounting the current personnel needs assistance and to bring in a permanent employee.
Expected Impact:
Position requires use of $77,873 in TIRZ Funds.
