Background and Discussion:
This project involves the construction of 5-ft wide sidewalks along Huffmeister, between Fleur De Lis and Cypress North Houston, Harris County within Precinct 3. This project is federally funded by the U.S. Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD) through the Harris County Community Services Department (HCCSD).
This final change order is for an addition of the final adjustment in the amount of $17,997.82 and includes quantity adjustments of existing items for final values.
Final Adjustment is the reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction against the bid quantities.
The final change in contract includes the following:
PCO-3, Proposed Swale/Drainage System = $7,950.00
PCO-4, AT&T Utility Conflict Delay = $0.00, Time: 48 Days
PCO-5, Final Adjustment = $10,047.82
The above additions and deductions result in a net change in the amount of $17,997.82 and 48 calendar days.
