Background and Discussion:

 

The consultant will help us develop and implement approximately 20 comprehensive public health training programs for all-employees. Training programs include, but not limited to: customer service, conflict resolution, diversity & inclusion and leadership development.

 

Expected Impact:

There is a need to create customized public health training programs to develop our employees, help them grow their career with Harris County, and so we can deliver on our agency-wide initiatives.
