Background and Discussion:
Ryan White Grant Administration oversees the collection of client feedback for services supported by Part A funding. Each year, the client satisfaction survey gathers direct input from individuals who have received Ryan White–funded services. These services include outpatient ambulatory health care, case management, oral health care, medical transportation, and other critical support services. The distribution of gift cards as part of this process is allowable and follows the guidance outlined in the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Services: Eligible Individuals & Allowable Uses of Funds Policy Clarification Notice (PCN) #16-02.

Expected Impact:
The annual client satisfaction survey will provide actionable feedback that improves service delivery, strengthens client engagement, and ensures Ryan White Part A–funded programs continue to meet the needs of people living with HIV in the Houston Eligible Metropolitan Area, including Harris County.
