Background and Discussion:
Project includes the maintenance of storm drain repair and related construction items at various locations throughout Precinct 1. The change in contract is to include reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes. There will be zero days, and zero costs added to this contract. The Precinct has requested a new bid item to be added. The new bid item is only to establish the unit price and there is no change to the contract amount.
Change includes adding the following bid items (RFI-8):
