Background and Discussion:
Archbishop playground is an older playground with repairs needed that outweigh the costs of the current playground. The current playground is older with minimal play value limited to a specific age group. The current playground has no shade structures which lessen the hours played on the equipment but also the lifespan of the equipment. Precinct 4 has had to close this playground down due to the extensive list of repairs needed to get it to a safe state to play.

Expected Impact:
