HCSO currently operates across multiple workforce management systems, including IntelliTime, UKG TeleStaff (scheduling), and STARS (PeopleSoft HCM) as the system of record for payroll. This fragmented approach has resulted in inconsistent processes, manual workarounds, and limited visibility into workforce data.
