Background and Discussion:
On November 15, 2022, the County entered into an agreement with Atlantic Petroleum for supplemental bulk gasoline, diesel fuel and related items for Harris County. Approval is now requested to renew the supplemental Bulk Gasoline, Diesel Fuel and Related Items contract.
Expected Impact:
Approval of this renewal will allow the County to furnish and deliver, as needed and as required, bulk gasoline, ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel, and ultra-low sulfur red dye diesel fuel that meets and/or exceeds the minimum requirements.
