Background and Discussion:
The Project consists of the design and construction of roadway improvements along Telge Road underpass at SH99. Roadway improvements include the widening of the exiting 2 lane roadway to 4 lanes, installation of a traffic signal at the Eastbound intersection of SH 99 and Telge Road and a traffic signal at the Westbound intersection of SH 99 Telge Road in Cypress, Precinct 3.
Expected Impact:
The approval of this agreement will allow Harris County to construct the project.
Alternative Options:
Not approving this agreement will prohibit construction of the project. Not being able to construct the project will result in maintaining the current traffic operations and pedestrian accessibility conditions which is not desirable.
