Electronic Bidding and Contract Management system was implemented in April of 2021 for Harris County. Request for approval of the first renewal option from the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program Contract with Euna Solutions, Inc. for electronic bidding system for the Purchasing Agent for the period of December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027.
