Background and Discussion:
Harris County Public Health is requesting this contract renewal for the vendor to streamline the importation of client-level performance data to enhance the timeliness and completeness of Clinical Quality Improvement key indicators and benchmarks. The amendment will also enhance Harris County Public Health/Ryan White Grant Administration’s Centralized Patient Care Data Management System (CPCDMS) that will allow stored CPCDMS data to be imported into Texas Department of State Health Services Take Charge Texas database system.
