Background and Discussion:
On November 15, 2022, the County entered into an agreement with SpecOil Retails Fuels/3L for bulk gasoline, diesel fuel and related items for Harris County. Approval is now requested to renew the Bulk Gasoline, Diesel Fuel and Related Items contract.
Expected Impact:
Approval of this renewal will allow the County to furnish and deliver, as needed and as required, bulk gasoline, ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel, and ultra-low sulfur red dye diesel fuel that meets and/or exceeds the minimum requirements.
