Background and Discussion:
Project included the Wastewater System Rehabilitation - Spring Camp and Klein Park. This change order is necessary to compensate the Contractor for unforeseen concrete and damaged piping encountered during sewer line replacement, the addition of a sliding gate to the project scope and raising the existing manhole to finished grade to eliminate water ponding, address safety concerns, and maintain proper utility access and compliance. This change in contractor allows the contractor to be properly compensated for the additional work and time.

This change includes these new bid items:
