Background and Discussion:
The contracts are for the period October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The Contracts are Municipal Utility District No. 390 (the” District”) acting by and through its governing body, Greater Southeast Management District (the “District”) acting by and through its governing body, and City Park Homeowners Association (the “Association”) acting by and through its governing body.

Expected Impact:
By renewing law enforcement agreements, the Agency will provide high visibility patrols to reduce crime.
