Background and Discussion:
This project is initiated to act on the recommendations provided in the "Visioning - The Hardy Downtown Connector" final conceptual study, approved by the commissioner's court on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. The selected vendor will provide the specialized design of the necessary improvements that are part of the Hardy Downtown Connector project.

Expected Impact:
Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority.
