Background and Discussion:
OTHON, Inc., would like to enter into an agreement with Precinct 4 to keep the roadside clear of garbage and other debris along Calvert Road. This agreement is part of the State of Texas’ Adopt a State Highway program.
Expected Impact:
This agreement supports the effort to maintain the roadsides along this one-mile stretch to be free of litter.
