Background and Discussion:
On June 6, 2023, Commissioners Court approved a list of potential CDBG-DR projects under direct allocation to the Flood Control District. This approval authorized the Flood Control District to begin working on project applications for the approved project list. Upon application approvals by the Texas General Land Office, the projects are required to be formally added to the CDBG-DR contract. All projects have been previously included and approved by the Texas General Land Office in prior contract amendments, while this amendment provides revised project details for two projects so we can seek reimbursement on expenditures related to these projects. This transmittal is for the Fourth Amendment to the Agreement, which includes revisions for the following projects: Dinner Creek Stormwater Detention Basin and Jackson Bayou Detention Basin.
