Background and Discussion:
On August 6, 2024, Commissioners Court approved an agreement for KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
and Compliance Plus Software Subscription(s) for Universal Services. HCUS is requesting approval of an
amendment to amend the KnowBe4 security awareness training and compliance plus software subscription for the current term.
Expected Impact:
Continued access to security awareness training that helps mitigate risk and provides effective awareness
training to address cybersecurity vulnerabilities that employees are exposed to when using email, web and
