Background and Discussion:
Amendment #16 to the Hurricane Harvey CDBG-DR Contract (19-147-002-B490) is to extend the termination date of the contract from August 31, 2026, to February 28, 2027. The following attachments were revised: Federal Assurances and Certifications; General Affirmations; and Performance Statements.
In compliance with the July 9, 2026 approval of limited delegation for the HCD Executive to approve & execute certain amendments to contracts between Harris County and the Texas General Land Office, enclosed is a transmittal to Commissioners Court Amendment #16, fully executed by all parties.
Expected Impact:
No fiscal impact. Housing and Community Development will provide recovery for areas impacted by Hurricane Harvey in Harris County.
