The Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership Program is a nationally competitive grant program that provides funding to help communities?create new outdoor recreation spaces, reinvigorate existing parks, and form connections between people and the outdoors. This program is funded by the National Park Service and awarded through Texas Parks and Wildlife (TPWD).
Harris County Precinct One – Office of Commissioner Rodney Ellis (OCRE) proposes to transform Tom Bass Park into a resilient multifunctional outdoor recreation destination.
