Project Description:
The existing Tracy Gee Community Center, located at 3599 Westcenter Drive, is one of seven community centers located within Precinct 4. The existing building, constructed in 1983 and last renovated in 1996/97, is approximately 20,000 square feet in floor area. The current request is for detailed designs to address the issues identified in the previous schematic design phase.
During the previous schematic design phase, Precinct 4 engaged STOA Architects to complete a Building and Site Assessment report for the facility, below are the key findings from the report.
