Background and Discussion:
Harris County provides dental coverage to approximately 43,000 employees, retirees, and their dependents. This request is to make an award to Cigna Healthcare for dental benefits administration for 2025 with four subsequent renewal options based on the best overall proposal taking into consideration the evaluation criteria as outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
