Background and Discussion:
The Community Supervision & Corrections Department (“CSCD”) is requesting that it be able to continue to provide these 10 parking spaces at 1019 Congress Street to its personnel. The approximate cost of the request is $8,400 for the period of October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027. The Department will be utilizing funding within its existing general revenue budget.

Expected Impact:
This item requests payment for leased spaces so that they may continue to be utilized for the parking of CSCD personnel. CSCD personnel have been utilizing the 1019 Congress Street garage for a number of years.

Alternative Options:
CSCD is not aware of other options. Available offstreet parking within walking distance is limited.
