Background and Discussion:
The project will construct approximately 15,000 linear feet of sidewalks and drainage improvements on Lauder Rd benefitting 10,840 low-to-moderate persons. The drainage improvements project includes adding Reinforced Concrete Culvert Pipes (RCP) (24”,30”,36”) circular. RCP (18”) Tongue and Groove, inlets (Type B, Type BB, Type C-1) adjusting manholes, junction boxes, inlets and pipes for drains (12” PVC).

Expected Impact:
Fiscal Impact: $1,000,00.00 in CDBG-DR Funds and $2,330,278.00 in Precinct 2 funds. This project seeks to reduce flood risks and strengthen resiliency in Harris County by alleviating property and structural damage with improved drainage which will benefit 1,035 persons of which 70.99% are LMI.
