Background and Discussion:
This transmittal provides updates from the Flood Control District on the status of projects in the CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT programs. As staff implements the recent Commissioners Court approved CDBG plan, project status updates provided to court will reflect any relevant program and/or project changes.

Updates related to this transmittal:
As of this transmittal, all 11 CDBG-DR projects and 3 CDBG-MIT projects are under construction.
This transmittal also includes status updates for the seven subdivision drainage projects being managed by HCD that will be amended into the Flood Control District’s CDBG-DR program, as approved by Commissioners Court on 6/11/2026.
The Flood Control District is currently working closely with the Texas General Land Office (GLO) to finalize the portions of the existing CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT projects that will be split between those programs according to the plan approved by Commissioners Court on 6/11/26.
As part of this plan, the Flood Control District will begin budgeting and spending CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT funds on projects split between both programs while project applications are still in review with...
