Background and Discussion:
This court action is requesting approval to use the department’s Procurement Card (P-Card), purchase orders, or request reimbursement for meals, services, supply purchases, events and meetings during activations and emergency situations, as well as annual training, exercises and practical drills, throughout FY2027. Some events may include purchase of registrations as well as the purchase of light refreshments, food, and related items.
