Background and Discussion:
On June 26, 2025 Commissioners Court approved an agreement with PGAL, Inc. for renovation and improvements design of the new Sheriff's Office Patrol Station (V) for the Office of the County Engineer. Along with housing patrol units, the facility will have interview rooms, administrative offices, training and conference rooms, break rooms, and exercise and locker facilities. The Harris County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) will relocate from the existing District 5 location off State Hwy 249 to this new location which better aligns with district patrol boundaries. This amendment to the agreement will include additional services related to abatement/removal oversight and project coordination, Phase II Environmental Site Assessment, and plan revision services.
