Background and Discussion:
Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 367 (HCMUD No. 367) previously maintained HCFCD Unit K133-00-00 within the Cypress Creek Watershed under Mowing Reimbursement Agreement No. 1418, which has now completed its full term.
