Background and Discussion:
Harris County requires, from time to time, an advertising agency with the ability to assist with Media Plan, Creative Development and/or and Media Buying. Projects may include, but are not limited to, planning and placing all types of media and marketing activities such as digital, social, outdoor, transit, newspapers, magazines, cable service, radio, and television stations with a goal of striving for maximum return on investment.
Expected Impact:
Vendor will be able to perform in English and Spanish languages and have the ability to produce in Vietnamese and Mandarin for the purpose of advancing the community outreach objectives, information, and public services announcement and public notices of Harris County.
