Background and Discussion:
The developer worked with outside consultants to create branding and aesthetics they would like to be utilized throughout the Oakhill Reserve Development in lieu of the standard Harris County items. The construction, maintenance, and replacement costs associated with these items are burdened by HCMUD No. 572. These items will make the community more attractive to potential residents.

Expected Impact:
Utilizing the nonstandard items in this request will follow the branding created for the Oakhill Reserve Development.
